Originally offering classes in Campsie on Saturdays, the school expanded on to open Sunday ballet classes in Hurstville in 2000. The school has catered to students aged from 4 years to adulthood.

CASS proudly relaunched their Campsie ballet classes in 2015 under the direction of Ballet Principal, Yander Pan (CBTS: RAD, RAD RTS). Miss Yander was one of CASS’s first ballet students. She went onto qualify as a registered RAD teacher in 2005, and has since taught for 10 years across many schools in both Sydney and London. All her students have passed RAD ballet exams, with the majority receiving Distinctions and Merits. She relaunched CASS Academy of Arts ballet classes in 2015 to critical acclaim, with the Canterbury Bankstown Express describing the school as a “Top spot for Ballet Brilliance” in their November 2015 article.

The school curriculum follows the syllabi of the Royal Academy of Dance (RAD). The school has seen many of its students achieve successful results in their RAD examinations, Students have been well received at performances in the past at Chinese New Year festivals around Sydney as well as their annual end of year concerts.
